Trademark Maintenance

We manage trademark portfolios. The renewal should be applied for every 10 years from the filing date, a proof of use of the mark is not required for maintaining a registration.

We docket such maintenance deadlines in our computer database and notify our clients in advance of the deadlines. We also keep track of foreign maintenance deadlines and work with our clients in renewing registration.
