Is it possible to appeal the decision of the Patent Office?
Yes, a petition for reversing the Patent Office decision may be filed to the "Appeal Board" within 30 days from the date of receiving the office action from the Patent Office.

The application will be published for opposition purposes within 3 months from the date of the office action accepting same.

Yes, any interested party may file an opposition against the grant of a patent within 60 days from the date of publication.
